great location rooftop terrace lovely dinner
the location was great. it provided easy access to the main square and other medina areas. the rooftop terrace was nice. the chef prepared lovely dinners for our group.
The room was quite small. It lacked some expected amenities.

the rooms featured daily cleaning service that maintained a high standard of cleanliness. the air conditioning worked well, maintaining a cool and calm atmosphere within the room. i found the shower to be great, it consistently provided plenty of hot water.

The rooftop area included a hot tub and a smaller pool. Both looked well kept. i observed that the breakfast service was on the roof. the hotel organized airport transfers arriving at night. This provided a convenient service.

uneven experience with some drawbacks
noise isolation broken jacuzzi
the noise isolation was rubbish. i heard every door slam and chair scrape. some loud residents keeped me from sleeping till midnight, it wasn't great. the jacuzzi didn't work also, quite annoying.

helpful staff comfortable beds lovely pool great location
The staff helped with everything, and even escorted me to a taxi early one morning. i found the beds very comfortable, a welcome change after long days. the rooftop pool area was a perfect retreat. I spent several afternoons there. the location was great too, close to shops and main attractions.
my room was very small, i missed having amenities like water or tissues in the room.

the breakfast included juice, coffee, eggs, bread and pastries and set me up for the day. i had breakfast on the rooftop with a fine view, i even had an earlier one day as i had a trip.

the rooftop terrace featured a pool and a jacuzzi and was cleaned daily. the pool was heated , made swimming quite pleasant. the riad felt okay all time with secure entry, this.

the rooms have beautiful decor and were kept meticulously clean, which i definitely appreciated. my room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. the room had air conditioning, it was really a blessing in the summer heat.

The staff are very kind. They are always smiling. everyone was helpful, assisting with directions and other requests. i had great contact with staff before arrival. They organised a transfer.

the staff organised airport shuttles. they arranged taxis promptly. the rooftop hot tub was open late! a heated pool was also on the roof. they let us use it past midnight.

helpful staff early breakfast relaxing terrace small room missing amenities disruptive noise
the staff were very friendly and helpful. they even prepared an early breakfast for me upon request, a nice touch! the rooftop terrace provided a relaxing space after a day of exploring. i found the location convenient.
my room was quite small, and i noticed a lack of basic amenities. i would have liked to see complimentary water and tissues provided. the noise from other guests was disruptive, especially late at night and early in the morning.
